I aim to ship all purchases 1-3 days after I receive your details. I send all parcels tracked with a professional courier. Parcels are only sent Monday to Friday, and you may drop me a line to specify a particular day for delivery. I am also happy to hold on to pieces until you are ready to receive them.

All paintings are sent very well packaged so they arrive safely. I always try to use sustainable and recyclable sources for my packaging.

I do offer free worldwide returns. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your artwork, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Sales outside the UK are limited to £80 shipping costs, anything over this will have to be paid by the customer.

I take the utmost care in packaging my work, and only use reliable, professional carriers. Nevertheless, please examine packaging and paintings on arrival. If the painting is damaged in any way, please contact me @ artbymelgraham1@gmail.com, with pictures.

If required I will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing of any goods which have been delivered in a damaged or faulty condition.

I reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery.

I endeavour to use recyclable packaging products wherever possible.
